What do these women all have in common?
They each have a designer handbag named for them. But since it’s a JAMAH bag, we know who they are.
A long-established, American luxury, Made in the USA bespoke handbag brand, JAMAH has always been synonymous with innovation. Luxury brands have been naming bags after women since the beginning of time. But for me, the decision to follow suit was about more than following tradition. When I name a bag after someone in my life, I view it as the deepest honor–and they do too!
I want the world to know what is so special about my loved one which is why, on the JAMAH website, each bag is accompanied with a story. My namesake bag stories are brief tributes to the person I am honoring: they capture some of what makes that friend an inspiration while also highlighting the design elements that draw on their personality.
JAMAH bag stories are a perfect example of my philosophy of work-life blend. As a designer, I do my best work when I am able to creatively channel what I love most about the people in my life.
I am so grateful to have found a way, through my business, to honor the people whose friendships make me who I am.
