PURCHASES • CONSUMERS
Please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective or incorrectly shipped item, within 21 days after purchase, for refund or exchange with no restocking charge. We will refund shipping charges if we sent a defective or incorrect item. Please use the most economical shipping method for your return.

Items in original condition; unwashed, unworn and unused may be returned within 21 days after purchase for an exchange or refund. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different style or color, or requesting a refund you will be charged a 15% restocking charge. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item. We cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.

All exchanges/refunds are subject to our inspection.

Leather texture, color and shading may vary per skin, since we use only authentic leather. “Gloss” (patent) leathers require special handling. We take care in packaging so that the Gloss leather does not press against surfaces of another color, to include leather, cloth and paper. We cannot accept returns of “Gloss” products due to mishandling. Instructions for handling of “Gloss” items will be included in every order. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to understand this.

We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased directly from Jamah. If you have purchased from an authorized Jamah retailer and you wish to return/exchange/refund your bag, you must bring it back directly to the seller.

PURCHASES • WHOLESALERS
Samples are on a loan basis only and may not be purchased.
Orders will be fulfilled in a 6-12 week time period.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Wholesale purchasers may cancel an order up to five days after the order is placed. After five days, orders are the purchaser’s financial responsibility. All orders are final. A service charge may be applied on unpaid balances. All returned checks and all bank fees incurred are the purchaser’s financial responsibility and all future orders will be secured with a credit card transaction prior to production. By accepting an order, you are personally guaranteeing and agreeing to reimburse all costs incurred in enforcing the order contract, including attorney’s fees.

As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
